Institutional Services

Being a DMES client has its advantages. We are not merely a supplier. We offer many value-added services that make your job easier saving you valuable time and money such as:

  • Price Per Day (PPD) Enteral Feeding
With PPD, we offer a fixed and predictable cost to facilities. Supplies are placed in your facility on consignment until dispensed. Only after the service month is completed are you billed for the number of days (per feeder) used. The price per day is the same regardless of the feeder's calorie intake or the feeder's Medicare status (Part A or Part B). Not only that, we track the usage of each feeder in your facility for you. You are only billed as you go, thus eliminating any wastage issues or concerns about the vendor's return policy.

    The PPD Program consists of:
    -    Enteral formula (regardless of the number of calories/volume intake per day)
    -    One spike set per day
    -    One syringe per day
    -    Rental of enteral pump and pole

  • Medicare Billing
Tired of managing your facility's A/R aging report for enteral service claims? Leave the billing work to the experts. Thanks to our partnership with Enturo Medical Billing, DMES clients usually receive 94% or more of ALL their valid Medicare enteral reimbursement claims within 20 (twenty) days following the applicable service month.

  • True 24/7 - Seven Days a Week, Twenty-four Hours a Day - Service
Our highly trained staffs determine inventory needs on a weekly basis. This guarantees deliveries of enteral products and equipment needed to maintain the residents' nutritional needs and comply with laws regulating the long term care industry. Our service technicians also QA each facility once a week to insure:
    -    Patient information is accurate
    -    Inventory is correct according to physicians orders
    -    Enteral storage areas are clean and stock is rotated according to dates

  • On-site Enteral Feeding Equipment Maintenance
Part of the PPD program is on-site enteral feeding equipment maintenance. Our service technicians visit facilities regularly to clean and ensure the proper functioning of enteral pumps and poles.
